Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles
When you upload or submit email addresses (and related columns) for verification or Email Finder, you are the controller and NexiphorVerifier is the processor. This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service and applies automatically when you create an account.
2. Instructions
We process list data only to provide the Service you request: verify, find, store results until you delete them, export, integrate with connected tools you authorize, and secure the platform. You warrant that you have a lawful basis to process the addresses you submit.
3. Subprocessors
We may use the subprocessors named in our Privacy Policy (section 5). We remain responsible for their processing under this DPA.
4. Security and deletion
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and hashed credentials. You may delete a verification job or your account at any time. Account deletion purges list emails, Finder data, integration credentials, and webhook endpoints you own. Billing and credit-ledger rows are retained as a legal hold without those list emails. We will assist with data-subject requests that relate to data we process for you, via privacy@nexiphorverifier.com.
5. International transfers
Primary hosting is in the EU (Frankfurt). Where a subprocessor processes data outside the EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard applies.
