Bulk email verification

Submit a list once. NexiphorVerifier runs SMTP mailbox probes across the file, streams live progress, and lets you export by status. Unknown rows are not charged.

How a bulk job works

  1. Upload CSV / Excel / JSON, or paste addresses, from the dashboard or the API.
  2. The job queues, then probes MX hosts. You can watch counts tick in real time.
  3. When it finishes, export the full file or a preset such as Valid only, or Valid plus high-confidence catch-alls (score ≥ 70 on reputable hosted mail).

What bulk does not do

Catch-all domains are not marked Valid to inflate the list. If the probe cannot finish, the row is Unknown and the credit comes back. Soft parallel job limits apply by plan (Business 4, Agency 6, Enterprise custom).
