What is a catch-all domain?

A catch-all (accept-all) domain’s mail server accepts RCPT TO for addresses that do not necessarily have a mailbox. The SMTP conversation looks successful; delivery still may bounce or disappear.

NexiphorVerifier marks catch-all addresses Risky, with a provider-graded confidence score. It will not mark them Valid to make a list look cleaner.

Exporting catch-alls on purpose

If you opt in, the Valid + safe catch-all export preset includes higher-confidence catch-alls (score ≥ 70 by default on reputable hosted mail such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). The row remains Risky.
